“Going back to aerial practice after months of lockdown can be very challenging. Not being able to attend aerial classes and train properly due to the pandemic frustrated me continuously, until “Aerial Edge Virtual Coaching” was created as an effective and proactive alternative response to the global lockdown. 

The minute I entered the program, I was super excited! Finally, a way to train, learn and improve in the face of everything around!

Catching up with Christine after my Aerial Teacher Training in Vienna last summer, setting my goals for the upcoming months and getting back in the air after this long time felt amazing.

Christine, she is outstanding. She provided me with a personalized program, weekly exercises that work best for me and new skills to try that go along perfectly with my level. Her constant feedbacks and tips were very detailed and helpful along the way, I became aware more than ever about my points of strength and areas to improve and to work on.

After the blast that hit Beirut on August 4, which I was emotionally affected and traumatized by, I stopped training and I was feeling very down. But with Christine’s support and motivation I was able to recover fast and turn all my mixed and overwhelming emotions into expressions through my practice and share this art with my entourage and online friends. 

 This program helped me improve my technique, increase my flexibility and strength, gain more confidence in myself and trust my capabilities. I look forward to accomplishing new goals and acquiring new skills that are challenging for me at the time being, and with Christine by my side I’m more than sure I’ll get there!
